176_Camp 1 Stone-hole Very soon K2 proved a dangerous place.
With the melting snow big stones fell!
Especially in the afternoon many many stones came down.
The fast-approaching, agressive humming sound of the falling and bouncing rocks was very frightening.
I once had to sleep inside this tent, right under the rock-hole.
I considered sleeping with my helmet on. 176_Camp 1 Stone-hole
